On the day of the Tour, tickets can be purchased at the Wirick-Simmons House
located at 230 North Jefferson Street in Monticello, Florida 32344.
The Monticello 2010 Tour of Homes will feature 9 gracious private homes, 3 historical bed and breakfasts, 5 historically significant public buildings, and 3 distinctive places of interest.
Along the scenic roads of downtown Monticello, visitors will also enjoy a show of antique automobiles. During the Tour, the Monticello Opera House will feature an exhibit of vintage musical instruments and a display for the upcoming Southern Music Rising Festival in April. Many downtown restaurants will be featuring lunch specials with local flavor for you to enjoy during the Tour of Homes. Click for a list of our restaurants.
Shortly after the tour concludes, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., there will be a Garden Party at the Wirick-Simmons House with light food and entertainment. Tickets for the Tour are $25.00 per person and $20.00 per person for group sales of five or more. Garden Party tickets are $10.00.
